How MyTutor.help handles data.
This page explains the current privacy approach for parent accounts, student accounts, tutoring chats, payment proof, and support access.
Data we store
- Parent account details such as name, email, WhatsApp number, and login information.
- Student profile details such as name, grade level, username, PIN hash, chat sessions, and token usage.
- Chat messages and optional uploaded homework files so parents and students can review tutoring history.
- Payment proof submissions so admin can manually verify and credit tokens.
How we use it
- To operate tutoring, student login, parent dashboards, token controls, and admin support.
- To send account, contact, payment, and support emails where needed.
- To review safety, abuse, billing, and support activity through admin audit logs.
- To improve the service and troubleshoot issues. MyTutor is not intended to sell student data.
